Dear Donor,
Since the beginning of the war in Syria, the Syrian people have endured unimaginable pain, with widespread destruction of infrastructure and devastation in the lives of millions of civilians. One of the most destructive impacts has been the sharp increase in the number of orphans, who have lost their parents due to the ongoing bombings and battles. These children live under extremely difficult circumstances, suffering from poverty, deprivation, and a dire need for protection and care.
Khadir, the child we are supporting, is one of these children who has been deeply affected by the war. He lost his parents in a tragic incident during the recent events in Syria, leaving him to live with his elderly grandmother in a modest home on the outskirts of Jarablus, northern Syria. Khadir's living conditions are challenging, and their home lacks even the basic necessities. Despite his grandmother's efforts to provide for him, the challenges they face are overwhelming.
Thanks to your generous support, we were able to provide financial assistance to Khadir, which helped his grandmother meet their essential needs, such as food, clothing, and necessary medications. The financial aid was used directly to provide basic food items like bread, rice, lentils, and oil, as well as to purchase simple clothing for Khadir.
Field Team Notes:
Your support is not just about providing financial aid — it is about restoring hope to children who have lost everything. Thanks to you, we can offer a sense of security and stability in the lives of these children who are looking to the future with hope.
Thank you for your continued support. We look forward to continuing our work with you to make a real difference in the lives of these children.
