In one of the modest shelter centers on the outskirts of Jarablus, Mohammed, a child who has not yet reached his fourteenth year, lives carrying burdens that even adults struggle to bear. He lost his father years ago, and now he is the sole provider for his mother and his sick grandmother, in the midst of harsh and unforgiving conditions.
Mohammed works in tailoring, spending long hours at an old sewing machine, stitching pieces of cloth with his small hands, dreaming of sewing a better future for his family. He does not know rest, and his days are far from those of his peers. All he aspires to is to provide a dignified life for his tired mother and his sick grandmother.
Thanks to your generous donations, we were able to provide Mohammed with a fixed financial sponsorship, helping to ease some of the heavy burdens of life that have been placed on his young shoulders. This sponsorship has contributed to providing essential needs for the family, including food, medicine, and daily necessities, offering Mohammed a sense of security in a reality filled with deprivation.
We thank everyone who contributed to supporting Mohammed, and we emphasize that continuing these sponsorships is the only hope for many orphaned children in Northern Syria to endure the hardships of life. Your generosity makes a difference, giving a child like Mohammed a chance at a more humane life.
Thank you for being a pillar for the most vulnerable hearts.
