Amid the harsh conditions faced by hundreds of children in displacement camps across northern Syria, the orphaned girl Maram waited silently for a chance to ease the heavy burden life has placed upon her since losing her father.
Maram lives with her mother in one of the informal camps on the outskirts of Jarabulus, where the family lacks the most basic necessities for a stable and dignified life.
Thanks to your generous donations, we were able to provide monthly financial sponsorship to Maram—support that helped her mother meet some of her daughter’s essential needs such as food and clothing.
These ongoing sponsorships are a lifeline for countless orphaned children in northern Syria, offering them care, hope, and a sense of security in a world that has deprived them of their simplest rights.
