By Mahmoud Al-Ali | Project leader
Little Maha lives with her mother and sister Fatima in one of the displacement camps on the outskirts of Khan Yunis, in the central Gaza Strip.
Their family was forced to flee from northern Gaza after losing everything — their home, their safety, and their sense of stability. But the greatest loss for Maha was her father, whose absence left a deep void that no words can fill.
In the camp, life is a daily struggle. The family faces harsh living conditions, scarce resources, and an uncertain future. Yet, despite the pain, Maha’s innocent smile still reflects hope — a hope kept alive thanks to your kindness.
Through your generous financial sponsorship, we were able to support Maha and her mother, helping them meet their essential needs and restore a sense of dignity amid displacement.
Your continued support means the world to children like Maha — children who depend on your compassion to survive, to learn, and to dream again.
