SA Champs 2023
The i2b athletes had an amazing time and they really gave it their all at the SA Champs at the Cape Town stadium.
Charné also had the opportunity to share her testimony with the younger athletes at the Champs. She encouraged them by sharing that if you run for your Creator it is never in vain.

Rest and Restart for Longevity
Thank you for prayers and support during my sabbatical. I am very excited for the next season of ministry. As my sabbatical started I decided to simplify my plan and focus only on this: family.
This time really blessed us as a family and God just confirmed again that family must be prioritized above work. I know that it was just a privilege to have this time of rest with Lana (our newborn girl) but also with Jami (my wife) and our other two girls, Beate and Anouk.
I cannot tell you the gratitude I experienced during this time. On the last day my wife wrote me a letter that brought tears to my eyes. Sadly my sabbatical came to an end but it is a time I will remember for the rest of my life and it equipped me for what is next.
