Alhassan in Russia World Cup 2018
Alhassan in Russia World Cup 2018

Dear all Alhassan Foundation’s friends, believers & supporters,

Celebrating the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia, Alhassan foundation is congratulating all Egyptians for being a part of this enormous international event for the 1st time after 28 years of absence. We are positive that we will be better and better in the next few years. Yet our Egyptian champions in all individual games and in other sports such as Basketball & Handball and surely our champions in the Paralympics are making us proud every single day with their golden medals.

As you can see from the above shared picture, Alhassan, 25 years old, whose car accident in 2011 was the main reason for his mother Ms. May ZeinElDein (Founder & President) to set up our pioneering DPO/NGO (Alhassan FDN) to help all Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) in Egypt after he became a permanent wheelchair user. Alhassan is a board member of Alhassan foundation & he’s is the 1st Egyptian basketball player on wheelchair in the United States, playing with the University of Texas Arlington’s basketball team as he’s pursuing his second master’s degree in finance.

Alhassan travelled to Russia on his own to support our national team in the World-cup 2018. He is giving a message to the whole world to move on & live happily even after becoming a permanent wheelchair user. Alhassan is Egyptian with Pride!

This picture was nominated to be the picture of the year internationally and it went viral on FB & Instagram where 100 thousands of people & entities are sharing it & inspired by it.
