Thanks to your generous donations, we've been able to bring a glimmer of joy to the children of Gaza during Eid, despite the ongoing hardships. With the funds raised, Bonyan provided sweets, toys, and gifts to hundreds of children across Gaza. These small gestures of care and kindness have helped lift the spirits of families who have faced unimaginable losses and challenges over the past months.
One of the children we reached is 8-year-old Ahmed, who lost his father in the recent bombings. The trauma and devastation he has experienced are overwhelming. However, when while attending Bonyan's Eid Party and receiving a new toy, a smile broke through his sorrow—a rare sight in recent weeks. For Ahmed and countless other children like him, your support means more than just a gift; it’s a reminder that they are seen, loved, and not forgotten by the world.
While the situation in Gaza remains dire, your contributions are making a tangible difference. The joy you have spread this Eid has provided psychological relief and a sense of normalcy to families who have lost so much. As we continue our work, we aim to reach even more children in Gaza through our other campaigns, and any new donations to this Eid campaign will be collected and used in the upcoming Eid, insha Allah.
