The Impossible Made Possible

2017 closed on a high note at the Youlou Art Centre. It was a big year for us.

The impossible was made possible with the launch on March 4th, 2017 of the Youlou Art Centre.

Like all new start ups. The centre is going through a few teething problems. Some of these problems are solved creatively and so we are forging ahead. Our biggest challenge has been getting the word out to the public about the workshops and events held at the centre. We have not been successful in our advertising efforts.

I have to admit, we lack the necessary funds to advertise and do a better job.

I am appealing to you donors to consider giving a donation towards helping us in this area.

I am happy to report there is progress in the sale of paintings at the centre. We have had 5 shows and sold a total of 23 paintings.

But we lack sufficient participants for the art workshops we offer to children and adults.
