Thank you for your generous donation in support of the Timeout4africa education and sports foundation.We have great news to share with you
Time 4Africa foundation provided scholarships to two STEM GIRLS SHINE EXPO participants in Minna Nigeria for the upcoming school year. The STEM GIRLS SHINE Scholarship provided this year also about $600 to each participant which will cover school tuition, uniforms, transportation and book fees for this year . Happiness and Favour who were our recepiants last year will continue to enjoy the scholarship for the upcoming year also. The girls involvement with TimeOut4Africa and STEM activities has lead to great interest in science by the boys also. We are happy to say the boys now also use the donated computers for there science classes.
The day was also marked by the visit to the school ( Mawo International School, Minna) by the Timeout4africa foundation team. Mr Harisson was present during one of the STEM girls computer class. The girls have taken great interest in these weekly classes which encourages the girls to put there donated computers to use.
