Dear Donors, Well Wishers!! Greetings!! We are delighted to share with you another progress report of the Stop Hunger Project. The project was started with 10 families of senior citizens with disabilities and from very poor financial backgrounds. Now, we have reached 100 families whose economic conditions are very poor and who are unable to earn due to ageing issues. The project has touched more than 300 lives and assured them of two meals daily. We are glad to share a story of change. Mr. Devraj is a volunteer of the Stop Hunger Project and helps the project team to identify families who require support under the Stop Hunger Project. He shared a story of Jyotsnaben by stating that Corona has gone, but it had affected Jyotsnaben badly. She can not forget that time, it was very horrible time to her, Devraj mentioned. Jyotsnaben lives in slum area of Ahmedbad city. She is 54 years old lady, having low vision and her husband was person with blindness. Both were engaged in small business as street vendor. It was closed in the Corona, and never started again. She lost her husband in the corona. She was very depressed, and were completely dependent on others. The neighbours helped her intitally by giving some food. She had question everyday what to do to survive, and was not sure that would get one time meal or not. She tried to get some work but she could not due to her age, and disability. She met Devraj one day, and Devraj explained her about Stop Hunger Project, and requested her to register her name with all documents. She agreed to register her name. She was not sure that she would get ration kits every month, Jyotsnaben shared. When she got regularly every month, she thanked God and all donors who helped her to live in dignified way. She is very happy, and now very confident to start her business again. She requested for some financial support to start business to live independent life. This story of change inspires us to reach out more such person who is in need and waiting for help. We extend our hearfelt thanks to you for your continued support, and enabling us to reach out to more families. In the year 2025, we aim to cover more 100 families under Stop Hunger Project. We request you to share this project cause with your friends, family members and also on your social media, so together we can serve more.

Dear Donors and Well-Wishers,

Greetings!

We are pleased to bring you the latest progress report of the Stop Hunger Project, and we are filled with gratitude as we share the strides we’ve made, thanks to your invaluable support.

The project began with 10 families of senior citizens with disabilities and from financially challenged backgrounds. Today, we have reached over 100 families, impacting more than 300 lives. These families are unable to earn due to aging and health issues, and we are proud to continue ensuring that they receive two meals daily through the project.

We are particularly excited to share the story of Jyotsnaben, a woman whose life has been transformed by your support. Jyotsnaben, a 54-year-old woman with low vision, lived with her husband, who was blind, in a slum area of Ahmedabad city. They were street vendors, but when the pandemic hit, they lost their source of income. Tragically, her husband passed away during the pandemic, leaving Jyotsnaben in deep depression and completely dependent on others.

In the early days, her neighbors helped by giving her food, but as time went on, Jyotsnaben was uncertain about her survival. She tried to find work but, due to her age and disability, was unable to. It was during this difficult time that she met Mr. Devraj, a volunteer of the Stop Hunger Project, who introduced her to the program. Devraj explained how the project could provide regular food support, and Jyotsnaben agreed to register her name.

To her surprise, she began receiving ration kits every month, which gave her the security and dignity she had lost. Jyotsnaben’s life began to change, and she regained her confidence. She now hopes to restart her small business and become independent again. She has even requested some financial support to relaunch her business.

Her story is a powerful reminder of why we do what we do—there are many more like Jyotsnaben who are waiting for help. Together, we can make a difference, one family at a time.

As we move into the year 2025, our goal is to reach an additional 100 families under the Stop Hunger Project. With your continued support, we are confident that we can make this happen. We kindly ask you to share the cause with your friends, and family, and on social media so that we can serve even more individuals in need.

Thank you once again for your unwavering generosity and commitment to helping those who need it most. We are deeply grateful for your support.
