Dear Donors, Friends, and Well-Wishers,

Greetings from BPA India!

We are deeply grateful for your generous support to our Stop Hunger initiative – providing ration kits to 500 families of persons with disabilities. Your compassion is making a life-changing difference for individuals who are unable to earn a livelihood due to their disability, age, or lack of support. Your contribution ensures they don’t go to bed hungry and can enjoy at least two nutritious meals a day.

Let us share the story of Ramilaben, a shining example of how your support is transforming lives.

Ramilaben is a 54-year-old woman living alone in Ahmedabad. For years, she earned a modest living by running a small roadside petty shop. But one day, her shop was dismantled by the authorities for occupying a public space. With her only source of income taken away, Ramilaben fell into despair. Left with no support, she began surviving on temple meals, feeling lonely, forgotten, and helpless.

That’s when our project team met her. They explained the Stop Hunger initiative and enrolled her for monthly ration support. For the first time in months, Ramilaben felt seen and cared for. Along with food security, she also received medical support through the project whenever she needed it.

But her story doesn’t end there.

With encouragement and small assistance from our team, Ramilaben began a home-based micro-business. Today, she not only meets her daily needs with dignity but also lives independently, with renewed confidence and purpose.

Her journey from despair to dignity was only possible because of your kindness. We have reached out to 150 families, and aiming to reach 500

Thank you for being a part of this mission. Together, we are not just feeding people — we are restoring hope, independence, and human dignity.
