Evaluation of anything is done by competition or exams and this evaluation makes everyone understand the place where each of the people really stand. This is very necessary for everyone as it encourages everyone to do more better and the competition feeling is very helpful to encourage anyone to do hard work. It is very hard to determine the performance of the trainees of the RSKS India’s beauty parlour training without any competition.
So in order to determine the performance of the trainees of beauty parlour training of RSKS India, the team members of RSKS India conducted Bridal and Mehndi Competition at the beauty parlour training center. In this competition all the women and girl trainees of the beauty parlour training participated enthusiastically and created beautiful mehndi on the hands of each other as well as did bridal makeup on each other. The master trainer then selected the best and then prizes were given to those trainees in order to encourage them to do more better in future. Along with the prizes, snacks were also distributed to every women and girl trainees of the beauty parlour training.
This bridal and mehndi competition led to improvement in the learning as well as work of all the trainees as they got to learn from each-others performance. All the girls and women trainees got encouraged and motivated due to the competition. New types of mehndi designs were seen through this competition. The guardians of these women and girls trainees and the village official also appreciated the competition program. All the girls and women trainees thanked for conducting this marvellous competition program at the beauty parlour training center.
