Dear Patron Namaste!
A Warm Greeting from RSKS India.......
Gender equality ensures that all individuals, regardless of their gender, have equal opportunities, rights, and access to resources and benefits in the workplace. It promotes fairness and social justice, recognizing that every person should be treated with dignity and respect, irrespective of their gender. Gender equality has positive economic implications. Numerous studies have shown that diverse and inclusive workplaces tend to be more productive and financially successful. When women have equal opportunities to participate in the labor force, it contributes to economic growth, poverty reduction, and overall societal development. Gender diversity in decision-making processes leads to better and more effective decisions. When different perspectives and experiences are considered, it helps to mitigate biases, reduce groupthink, and identify blind spots. Gender-balanced teams and leadership structures bring a broader range of ideas and insights to the table, leading to more informed and well-rounded decision-making.
In this context, under the remarkable leadership of Dr. SN Sharma, Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan went to the 52nd session of United Nations Human Rights Council at United Nations Office at Geneva and represented the various impactful work of RSKS India for women empowerment and girl child education through oral intervention as women empowerment and girl child education is an pivotal topic for everyone around the world. RSKS India has been tirelessly working for the graceful life, better livelihood, self-reliance, education and better health of the marginalized women and girls from the last 30 years. RSKS India also organized a Side Event at the United Nation Office at Geneva and the Theme for the event was “SAMATVA” which means equitable practices. Through this side event, RSKS India reflected that girls and women should be at from top to bottom level of all the organizations, governments, businesses etc so that a gender just society could be build and it would also support in net zero transition.
The side event on SAMATVA as well as the oral statement of the RSKS India was covered by many different newspapers and media. hundred of countries representatives heard what RSKS India wanted to say about Girl Child Education & Women Empowerment. Different world wide organizations participated at the side event of RSKS India and then appreciated the whole event by clapping and cheering for RSKS India team members. This was all possible due to the continuous hard work and dedication of the whole RSKS India team and because of the resilient leadership of Dr. SN Sharma. SAMATVA logo was also introduced at the side event which was also liked by many people and someday it would be the mark of the organizations, businesses, government where women and girls are given equal opportunities from the ground to top level. RSKS India team thanks all the stakeholders as this achievement was possible through their valuable trust and support to us.
