Many women who complete vocational training programs, face challenges when it comes to transitioning from training to actual self-employment. Despite acquiring valuable skills, these women often lack the financial resources, guidance, and support to establish their own businesses or shops. This hinders their journey towards economic independence and self-sufficiency. However this is not the case with the women and girls trainees who got beautician vocational training by RSKS India.
Recognizing the need to bridge this gap and empower women trainees, Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan's team members devised a solution to support talented women who had successfully completed the beautician vocational education program. The team provided these women with financial assistance, mentorship, and guidance to help them open their own beauty shops. The support package included assistance with shop setup, marketing strategies, and business management training. The women were also connected with mentors from the beauty industry who could provide valuable insights and advice. This comprehensive approach aimed to equip the women with the necessary resources and knowledge to establish and manage their own businesses successfully.
The impact of Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan's support for these women trainees was transformative.
