HER VOICE: Breaking Barriers

For three unforgettable days, the training hall of Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan (RSKS India) transformed into a vibrant space of learning, inspiration, and personal growth. More than 35 staff members, interns, volunteers, and board members gathered with one shared purpose to become stronger changemakers for vulnerable communities. The atmosphere was filled with excitement, curiosity, and hope as participants from different backgrounds came together to sharpen their professional skills and deepen their commitment to social impact.

The Capacity Building Training Programme was thoughtfully designed to nurture leadership, teamwork, confidence, and communication. During the sessions, Chief Executive Officer Dr. Deepak Sharma delivered an inspiring leadership session that deeply motivated the participants to lead with compassion, responsibility, and vision. Alongside him, expert trainers and guest faculty members conducted engaging sessions on project orientation, team building, communication skills, reporting systems, group discussions, and practical learning activities. Every session encouraged participants to think creatively, work collaboratively, and discover their hidden potential.

Beyond the classroom sessions, the training became a celebration of unity and creativity. Motivational games, cultural evenings, debates, photography and videography storytelling competitions, and interactive group activities brought joy, confidence, and stronger bonds among the participants. Many participants shared that this was the first time they felt truly heard, valued, and empowered within a professional learning environment. Laughter, storytelling, and teamwork turned the programme into a life-changing experience rather than just a training workshop.

At the end of the three-day programme, detailed feedback was collected from all participants and the response was overwhelming. More than 98% of participants rated the training as “Excellent,” reflecting its powerful impact on their personal and professional development. This initiative not only strengthened the internal capacity of the RSKS India team but also planted new seeds of leadership, innovation, and dedication that will directly benefit thousands of marginalized women, children, and families in the communities they serve.
