Thanks to the generosity of our donors, we can run "Stop Child Loneliness program" and it continues to operate without interruption.
We provide emergency psychological consultations for children and adolescents experiencing psychological crises. In our counseling space, we meet with young people who are no longer able to function normally at school or at home. They often struggle with severe anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, or self-harm.
Every conversation is a chance to stop a crisis — and save a life. The number of calls continues to grow. From February 1 to September 30, we conducted... (data from the presentation not included here).
Twice a week, without fail, our streetworkers go out into the streets to reach children who don’t seek help on their own. They meet with them, play, talk, and show them that they matter. Thanks to a partnership with a local medical clinic, we are also able to conduct activities indoors — especially when weather conditions prevent us from working outside.
We have also launched a new youth animation group, where young people spend time together, develop social skills, and strengthen their sense of self-worth.
Unfortunately, due to limited funding, we have had to temporarily suspend our regular youth support groups.
As soon as we secure additional funds, we will resume group support so that young people can overcome social fears, rebuild relationships, find friendship — and often regain hope for a life without depression and fear of others.
Thanks to You, all this is possible — children and young people feel that they matter and have a chance for a better future.
