Dear Friend !
My name is Hridya, MSW (Master of Social Work) 2nd year student at Central University of Rajasthan. I did my internship at Rajasthan Samagrah Kalyan Sansthan from January to March 2023 on every Thursdays and Fridays. As being a student of social work, it was a part of our curriculum to take concurrent fieldworks.
Working at RSKS had created a greater impact and melded me in working with vulnerable groups. The campaigns under RSKS i.e. education awareness campaigns, Pathshalas, menstrual hygiene awareness campaigns, campaigns against child marriage all these programs have given a new experience in meeting various vulnerable groups in slums and rural areas and also helped a lot in learning about housing, living conditions and major conditions of people living in the marginalised areas. Also, RSKS helped to understand how an organization helps in developing major changes in different sectors of the society. It was a wonderful experience being part of RSKS.
