Empowering Educators: Leadership Camps for Alkhidmat School Teachers in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
Alkhidmat Foundation recently organized Leadership Development Camps for teachers working in its network of schools across Chitral and other regions of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK). These camps aimed to enhance the professional capacity, leadership skills, and classroom effectiveness of our educators—who play a pivotal role in shaping young minds.
With over 700 trained teachers, Alkhidmat is currently operating 22 formal schools that provide quality education to 8,760 students, many of whom come from underprivileged backgrounds. These leadership camps are part of our continuous efforts to ensure every teacher is empowered to deliver excellence in education, promote critical thinking, and nurture values-based learning.
This initiative supports the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs):
SDG 4 – Quality Education
SDG 8 – Decent Work and Economic Growth
SDG 10 – Reduced Inequalities
A heartfelt thank you to our donors and supporters who make these training opportunities possible. Your support helps us uplift entire communities by strengthening the foundation of education—our teachers.
