Greetings All:
It’s the second week of Camp Imani and everything is in full swing!
The Camp Imani kids have started things off by receiving their backpacks and t-shirts thanks to the funds you all helped us raise during our Global Giving campaign. The kids look great and fully prepared to enjoy an active summer camp experience.
We have also been able to rent busses that have taken the children to different activities such as the Bronx Zoo, the Prospect Park Carousel & the Brooklyn Promenade – all great ways to enjoy the weather now that is has cooled off.
We hope that in a few weeks we will have a special report featuring an all-new activity that we cannot wait for the kids to get their hands on.
Remember, we wouldn’t be able to provide these services without your support. It has truly made a difference in what we were able to offer the Camp Imani kids this year and we really appreciate all of your help.
