Support 7 Weeks of Full-Day Summer at CAMP IMANI

It was an exciting summer for IMANI HOUSE! Your support allowed Camp Imani to continue providing rewarding activities and opportunities for 400 children from disadvantaged families and neighborhoods in Brooklyn. This summer was a unique one with new initiatives, learning experiences and activities.  

Thank You For Your Donations: Your generous donation ensured that the Imani House summer camp programs remained free for these children, who are given the opportunity to improve their social skills as well as form valuable friendships for life, with no financial burdens or constraints upon their parents.

This Year's Summer Camp: Camp Imani House is open 5 full days a week for 7 weeks. This summer we took trips to Sesame Place, the Bronx Zoo, FunFusion, NY Aquarium, Brooklyn Clayhouse, Pier 6 Roller Skating and more. Some of our Imani House activities included Dance, Archery and African Drumming, 

Building Imani House's Future: Continued support through our donors will greatly benefit the children who deserve a worthwhile summer to remember. Next summer, Imani House looks forward to introducing our kids to many new experiences in a warm and welcoming environment.

Our Reputation: We are licensed and insured and employ only the most qualified staff to participate in our programs, not just during the summer but throughout the year. Having fun is a top priority for us, but safety is just as important.

Please remember the children of Imani House, the smiles and memories our programs continue to bring them. We thank you for your continued support and can’t wait to update you on the progress and success of our afterschool program this year!
