INTRODUCTION:
This report covers activities implemented between (January 2023-March2023). Activities implemented in (Margibi and Montserrado counties) in Liberia. This report reflects the following:

ACHIEVEMENTS FOR THE PERIOD UNDER REVIEW:
2.1 Field Monitoring and Learning sessions in Schools
The project team visited three schools during this review period. (ROSODAN School System, St. Eaffa, and Minor Community Public School) in Margibi county. The goal was to monitor the progress of teachers who benefitted from the training exercise and learn about the project's impact. Over 25 participants attended the impact assessment session, including teachers, community leaders, and students. A community leader, madam Kebeh, a volunteer teacher, " the training was an eye opener. It will help us develop our skills in the classroom", noted Kebeh " In addition, the program has been an inspiration and created opportunities for volunteer teachers. These visits are essential for the project's success, as they allow the team to engage with stakeholders and make informed decisions to improve the program.
2.2 2nd Phase of Teacher Training Workshop
During the month under review, Learning Squared and Teaching Training Together (TTT) organized the second phase of the teacher training workshop on Wednesday, February 1, 2023. The training aimed to improve the quality of education in the school region, particularly teachers based in Kakata, Margibi County, Liberia. The third and final phase of the training is set for March or April 2023. The training brought together twelve teachers and four school leaders from four upper and lower Margibi County. Participating schools, including Rosodan School System, St. Efa Elem. & Jr. High School, Minor Community School, and Agape International system. The second training phase focused on documenting and reporting, classroom management, how to plan for a school day, and verbal-linguistic,bodily-kinesthetic, interpersonal intelligence, and intra- emotional intelligence.
Trainers and facilitators of the training included Alvin M. Freeman, Country manager of Learning Squared; John T. Gaye, County Coordinator of Learning Squared; C. Magnus M. Collins, Operations and Seminar Technician (TTT-Liberia), and Ollie N. White, facilitator, and Director, (Teacher Training Together Liberia Office). On behalf of the participants, a male participant, Kollie, expressed happiness as the training resources and knowledge helped him and his teachers' professional development.
2.3 Recommendation and Conclusion
Learning Squared acknowledges and appreciates her distinct supporters, donors, GlobalGiving, Local communities, and schools for the commitment shown toward the successful implementation of the project. Had it not been for your endless effort, we wouldn't have reached thus far. Hence, Learning Squared Liberia is open to working with all children of Liberia, Mostly the under privilege children in rural Liberia.
