During the reporting period, the Coalition Secretariat maintained dialogue with Coalition members and representatives of the ICC, and the below is a compilation of some key developments: 
 
At the International Criminal Court

This section highlights decisions and other key developments at the International Criminal Court and the Trust Fund for Victims, including on policy and regulations.

-Statement of the Office of the Prosecutor in response to the threats of retaliations against the Court or its personnel  (3 May 2024)

-Al-Mezan. Germany's Schengen-wide ban on Ghassan Abu Sitt, a genocide survivor and key witness to Israeli crimes, was upheld by the Netherlands. This de facto bars him from entering the country hosting the International Criminal Court (9 May 2024)

-Addameer. The brutal and degrading treatment of detainees in Gaza: It was not confined to a specific prison (12 May 2024)

-Elise Keppler, Global Justice Center. Africa must rally around a global crimes against humanity treaty (12 May 2024)
