At the International Criminal Court
This section highlights decisions and other key developments at the International Criminal
Court and the Trust Fund for Victims, including on policy and regulations.
Central African Republic II situation: ICC Pre-Trial Chamber II unseals an arrest warrant for Mr Edmond Beina (7 November 2024).
Statement by the President of the Assembly of States Parties on investigation into alleged misconduct by an ICC elected official (11 November 2024).
Venezuela: Registry Transmission of a “Request for Recusal of the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court in the Case of Venezuela I Due to Conflict of Interest” (12 November 2024).
ICC Prosecutor, Karim A. A. Khan KC, briefed the UN Security Council (UNSC) on the situation in Libya and urged the UNSC to assist in executing arrest warrants for suspects linked to a brutal Libyan militia accused of atrocity crimes in Tarhuna (19 November 2024).
Delivery of the decision on the sentence against Mr Al Hassan, who was found guilty of war crimes and crimes against humanity committed in Timbuktu (Mali) (20 November 2024).

Building support for justice in the Rome Statute system
This section includes information on efforts at the international, regional and domestic levels to strengthen the Rome Statute system. This includes ratification of the Statute and its amendments, domestic implementation, as well as expressions or policies to enhance political support from States, their domestic institutions, and international and regional organizations.
