Support Community Development in South-East Asia

Dear Supporters,

Wow....We're already in December, how did that happen? As the New Year draws ever closer, it is a great time to look back at all that we have achieved in the last year.

Here are some of our highlights that have been made possible by your continued support:

New Partnership for IDP Camp

• We teamed up with a trusted partner to help cover the costs of running a school in an Internally Displaced Persons (IDP) Camp near the border of Myanmar and Thailand.

Ongoing Support for Education at Koung Jor

• Continued funding for English and Computer classes.
• We also made sure all the children and teachers had brand-new English textbooks that match the local school syllabus to ensure educational continuity.

Emergency Response in Myanmar:

• Supported urgent response efforts in Myanmar and allocated reserved funds for ongoing and future emergency needs.

Teacher Training at Koung Jor:

• We organised a workshop for the teachers in the camp, so they can come up with fun and exciting ways to teach their students.

Project Visit to Thai/Myanmar Border

• We went to the border to meet with the communities and organizations that you’ve helped. We wanted to see how your support has made a difference as well as to identify new opportunities to collaborate.
