Strengthening Community Feedback and Two-Way Communication
Effective Ebola response is not only about delivering services—it is also about listening. Communities need platforms to ask questions, share concerns, and provide feedback on ongoing interventions.
Because of your support, we have strengthened community feedback mechanisms to ensure a two-way flow of information. Previously, communication was often one-directional, limiting the ability to respond to local concerns quickly.
