Thank you for supporting this project, and helping Australian Wildlife Conservancy (AWC)'s conservation efforts in the Kimberley.
Your contribution has aided in a mammoth recovery effort in 2023, after devastating floods from ex-tropical Cyclone Ellie in January. 95% of the Mornington Marion-Downs Wildlife Sanctuary was inundated at the beginning of last year, and AWC staff have been hard at work to re-establish essential living facilities, and to continue critical conservation work. This work is essential in ensuring the longevity of iconic and threatened species in this special part of Australia - and it cannot be done without you.
Please find attached an in-depth report of the recovery effort from the last year. I hope that you enjoy the read, and would like to acknowledge that this work has only been made possible through your contribution.
If you would ever like to learn more about the work you have helped to support, or how you can continue supporting our ongoing Kimberley conservation efforts, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
