This inaugural quarterly report introduces the transformative project titled “Transform S/East Nigeria Youth with Tech/Voc Skills.” Powered by the Sam Onyemaechi Humanitarian Foundation (SOHF), this initiative is designed to tackle the rising unemployment, insecurity, and digital exclusion plaguing the youth of South-East Nigeria.
The project leverages a groundbreaking partnership with Isidore CompetitivAI Avatar—an AI-powered digital assistant—to equip young people with cutting-edge technical, vocational, and entrepreneurial skills. In collaboration with Thrive UpliftTrust Ltd (TUT Empower®) for youth microfinance and SOHF' FinTech Solutions® for digital onboarding and financial literacy, this initiative presents a future-forward model for inclusive and scalable youth empowerment.

Promote digital financial inclusion and entrepreneurial readiness.
Empower youth to become job creators, not job seekers.
