Thank you for your generous contributions to "Support Food to Nepali Women." Your support has directly enabled us to provide nutritious meals to 100 women who have suffered from violence and developed mental health problems, or because of mental health problems, they have faced violence. These meals, delivered in rural Bagmati Province and surrounding communities, address malnutrition while supporting recovery and empowerment.
Each meal featured a balanced mix of locally sourced staples—rice, lentils, seasonal vegetables, dairy, and protein-rich items like eggs, meat, vitamins, and minerals. As a result, 85% of participants reported improved energy levels and reduced fatigue.
Looking ahead, with your continued support, we'll expand to serve more women next quarter, incorporating micronutrient supplements and sustainable home gardening. We're deeply grateful—your donations are transforming lives, one nutritious meal at a time.
