Support for Caregivers Program

Dear Supporters,

We are writing to express our sincere gratitude for your continued support of Adjah Cancer Support Ghana and the important work we are doing to support cancer patients and their families. Your generosity has been instrumental in helping us advance our mission of providing compassionate care and assistance to those affected by cancer in Ghana.

Project Update: Support for Caregivers Program

The Support for Caregivers Program is designed to assist the families and caregivers who play a critical role in the well-being of cancer patients. As you know, caregivers often face emotional, physical, and financial challenges while caring for their loved ones. Through this program, we aim to provide vital resources, training, and emotional support to help alleviate these challenges and ensure caregivers can continue providing the best possible care.

Progress to Date:

Outreach: We have identified several families in need of caregiver support in the Volta region and surrounding areas.
Training & Resources: Our team has developed educational materials and training workshops to equip caregivers with the knowledge and tools they need to care for their loved ones effectively.
Emotional Support: We have facilitated support groups to allow caregivers to share experiences and find comfort in one another’s company.

While we are encouraged by the positive response from caregivers, at this point, we have not yet received donations for this specific project.

Thank you once again for your support. We are hopeful that, with your continued generosity, we will be able to make a meaningful difference in the lives of caregivers and cancer patients throughout Ghana.
