Now she empowered to attend education
Nazma is a 14 year old girl who has high ambitions and is presently studying at Primary school Certificate (PSC) level with dreams to attend high school level one day. She has a Social Problem in her community due to have her one eyed. When that time she comes in the world was lost her one eye. From that time community people have negative attitude towards her,s family. She lives in the rural village of Dewangonj kalikapur Upazilla dewangonj under Jalmalpur district in Northern Bangladesh. Nazma,s father is a Poor farmaer and the only earning member of the family. Her mother is house wife. She has a small house which is covered by tin roof. Her family’s economical condition is low level and they are daily life passing with very hard.
PROSHIPS met nazma and gave her support to enroll in primary school level and have supported her ever since. Before she was dropout from school . PROSHIPS continue to provide education materials support service and follow up with the family. With our support she is continue her education and she wants to support fulfill her dream. she have needed complete school uniform , upcoming session charge , tuition fees , Tiffin transportation expenses and Extra coaching fees for quality education achieve.
Nazma attends Dewangonj kalikapur govt. Primary School and she is going to school regularly. Our orgnization Conducted education materials distribution program and nazma received a packed with materials (School dress clothes) from program chief guest and another organised teacher training sessions with her school on creating an enabling environments for inclusive education for children with disabilities, which promote human rights and dignity. She is doing very well with her studies and also happy for own educational performance and carry out her education. Her school teachers are very happy. Her father and mother are also very happy with her visible improvement. School teachers are thankful to PROSHIPS for their continued support towards her development. In her upcoming future she will achieve her PrimarySchool Certificate (PSC) in this year and is hoping to continue her studies in the future, leading a full life of independence!
