Amid the worsening humanitarian crisis in Gaza and the severe deterioration of the healthcare system, we are currently preparing to launch a humanitarian project aimed at supporting a pharmacy that will provide free medicines to the most vulnerable patients.
Thousands of patients in Gaza are suffering from a critical shortage of essential medications, especially those with chronic illnesses and the elderly, at a time when the ability to purchase medicine has become nearly impossible due to harsh economic conditions and loss of income.
Through this project, we aim to ensure a continuous supply of essential medicines and make them available through a supported pharmacy, allowing patients to receive their treatment free of charge. This will help ease their suffering and maintain their health stability.
We are also working on equipping the pharmacy with necessary medical supplies and organizing a fair distribution system to ensure that medicines reach the most vulnerable groups, including chronic patients, the elderly, and displaced families.
This initiative represents part of our humanitarian response to support the healthcare sector in Gaza, at a time when urgent intervention is needed to reduce patients’ suffering and give them a chance for treatment and a dignified life.
