As part of our ongoing efforts to support the most vulnerable humanitarian cases, our teams at Amal Alumma Organization INC provided financial assistance to a mother of orphans in the city of Aleppo, helping her cover the treatment costs for her orphaned son who suffers from visual impairment affecting both eyes.
This mother lives under very difficult conditions, bearing the responsibility of caring for her child alone in the absence of a provider. With increasing daily challenges, she has been unable to afford the necessary medical examinations and treatment for her son.
This financial support has helped ease part of her burden, enabling her to continue her child’s treatment and provide his essential medical needs, giving him a better chance to preserve his vision and improve his health condition.
Supporting individual cases—especially orphans and patients—is one of the most impactful forms of humanitarian work, as it directly contributes to saving lives and improving living conditions.
The need for such initiatives remains urgent, as many families continue to face severe humanitarian challenges.
