Amid the continued deterioration of health and humanitarian conditions in Sudan, our teams are working diligently to complete the necessary preparations for launching several medical points aimed at providing essential healthcare services to those in need.
These efforts come in response to the urgent need to deliver treatment to patients and the injured, especially given the limited medical resources and the disruption of many healthcare services in affected areas. We are currently equipping these points with essential medical supplies, necessary medications, and securing qualified medical staff capable of delivering urgent care.
The preparations also include developing operational plans to ensure the sustainability of these medical points, and creating a suitable environment for receiving patients and delivering healthcare services effectively, despite the significant challenges facing humanitarian work in such conditions.
We believe these medical points will serve as a lifeline for many families suffering from a severe lack of healthcare, helping to ease patients’ suffering and provide the medical support they urgently need.
