Thanks to your generous support, we prepared and distributed hot meals to many orphaned children living in one of the displacement camps in northern Gaza. These meals included chicken, rice, and nuts, providing the children with a special and nutritious meal that brought joy to their hearts amid the extremely difficult humanitarian conditions they endure.
The orphans and widowed families in these camps suffer from severe shortages of food and clean drinking water while living in tents that lack even the most basic necessities of life. They continue to face harsh living conditions caused by displacement, poverty, and ongoing hardship.
During the distribution, one of these meals was presented to Huda, a young orphaned girl who received it with great happiness. She asked our team to convey her sincere gratitude to the generous donors who made this meal possible for her and the other children. In her simple and heartfelt words, Huda expressed how much this meal meant to her and how it brought joy and hope to her day.
These meals were more than just food; they were a message of compassion and care that reached the hearts of orphaned children, giving them moments of happiness and reminding them that they are not forgotten.
Thank you for your continued generosity. Because of your support, these children received a warm meal, experienced moments of happiness, and regained a renewed sense of hope despite the difficult circumstances surrounding them.
