Clean Water Distribution for Displaced Families in Al-Aqsa Camp - Deir Al-Balah, Gaza

By Amal Alumma Organization INC | Project report

Bringing Safe Water to Families in Need

Access to safe drinking water remains one of the greatest daily challenges facing displaced families in the Gaza Strip. In Al-Aqsa Camp in Deir Al-Balah, thousands of people continue to endure extremely difficult living conditions, where damaged infrastructure, overcrowding, and limited access to essential services have made clean water a scarce and precious resource. Ensuring a reliable supply of safe drinking water has become vital to protecting families from dehydration and waterborne diseases, especially during the hot summer months. (GlobalGiving)

Thanks to the generous support of our donors, our team successfully carried out a clean water distribution project for the residents of Al-Aqsa Camp. Water was delivered directly to displaced families, helping them meet one of their most urgent daily needs. Children, women, elderly people, and vulnerable individuals were among the primary beneficiaries of this humanitarian intervention.

For families living in displacement, every delivery of clean water represents far more than a basic necessity. It allows parents to provide safe drinking water for their children, prepare meals, and maintain basic hygiene despite the harsh conditions surrounding them. These simple yet essential services help preserve health, dignity, and hope for families who continue to face immense hardship each day.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who contributed to making this project possible. Your compassion continues to ease the suffering of displaced families in Gaza and reminds them that they are not alone. Every donation helps deliver life-saving assistance and brings hope to those who need it most.
