With the support of our generous donors, we provided shopping vouchers to orphaned children living in a displacement camp in northern Gaza, helping them and their caregivers meet some of their most urgent daily needs.
These children are living through circumstances no child should have to face. Many have lost a parent, their homes, or the stability they once knew. Their families are struggling with displacement, limited income, and the rising cost of food and basic supplies.
Through this project, each orphan received a voucher that could be used to purchase the items they needed most, including food, clothing, hygiene products, and other household essentials. Giving families the freedom to choose made the assistance more personal and more responsive to their real needs.
For the children, the experience also carried an important emotional value. Being able to choose something for themselves brought a sense of joy, independence, and normalcy in the middle of a very difficult situation.
For caregivers, the vouchers provided welcome financial relief and reduced some of the pressure of trying to meet every need with very limited resources. The support allowed families to prioritize what mattered most at that moment rather than receiving items that might not fully match their needs.
This assistance is not only about what can be purchased with a voucher. It is about preserving dignity, offering choice, and helping vulnerable children feel cared for and remembered.
We are deeply grateful to every donor who made this support possible. Your compassion allows us to continue standing beside orphaned children and their families during a time of profound hardship.
Thank you for helping turn financial support into comfort, dignity, and hope for orphaned children in northern Gaza.
