Dear Our Supporters,
We decided to deactivate this project as it did not raise much attention on GlobalGiving and we were not able to raise donations. However, women cooperatives in Türkiye will continue the fight against gender inequality and poverty in their neighborhoods. They are one of the most important organizations in the country that actively enables low income women in gaining a stable income, socialize, find and show solidarity, empower socially and economically. KEDV has been supporting women cooperatives since 2000 and will continue working with them in this important mission. We will continue providing funding for business development, product development, organizational stregthening, providing technical support, training contents that they can disseminate in their neighborhoods to empower women, providing advocacy, networking, campaigning opportunities... Please follow KEDV's and women cooperatives' work online!
