Orientation Session on ECD New Formative Assessment Tool Held at Alkhidmat Foundation School, Qutaiba Campus, Lower Chitral
Alkhidmat Foundation School, Qutaiba Campus, Lower Chitral, recently hosted an Orientation Session on the Early Childhood Development (ECD) New Formative Assessment Tool, aimed at equipping teachers and staff with modern assessment techniques to better track student progress and enhance learning outcomes at the foundational level.
The session emphasized the importance of child-centered, holistic assessment methods that go beyond traditional testing, aligning with modern educational standards and supporting the cognitive and emotional development of young learners.
In a major technological upgrade, a new digital board was also installed in the ECD classroom, making interactive and multimedia-based learning more accessible and engaging for both students and educators.
This initiative is part of Alkhidmat Foundation’s ongoing commitment to quality education in remote areas like Chitral and is aligned with UN SDG 4 – Quality Education.
We thank our dedicated educators, development partners, and donors for their continued support in transforming early education in underserved regions.
