Support people in mourning
Since our last report, our psychotherapists have continued to support and guide people in crisis - they've conducted around 50 individual sessions, multiple support groups and meeting since then. We are already planning new activities. Our free of charge helpline (800 108 108) has continued to support people in crisis, while its volounteers participated in workshops focused on crisis intervention and bereavement.
We have been educating mental health specialists on the topic of grief support - our comprehensive courses about grief and trauma are continuing. We have also organized multiple workshops, webinars and crisis interventions for companies and organizations in Poland and online.
Our podcast in a new format is available online. We hope that it is a source of inspiration, support and knowledge.
As the previous version of our Grief Handbook (Poradnik dla osób w zalobie) has been a helpful tool for individuals in crisis and organizations, we want to update it and create a new version. In order to do so, we created a fundraiser on our Patronite page.
Our friend, Basia, who has found support in our therapeutic centre few years ago, is now on a 23-day bike trip around Poland, collecting funds for our organization - thank you!
