It is with great pleasure that we can announce that, due to other sources of funding, Sai Oo's university costs have been fully covered. We would like to thank all the donors to this project for their generosity, as with their help, Sai Oo has been able to pursue his dream of attending university to study Information Technology.
He has proven both to us and his supporters that he is a dedicated student that’s able to achieve high grades even in the subjects that do not come so easily to him. Sai Oo recently explained the current increase in required study in the following email:
" I just finished my midterm exam on last Friday. I did my best on it. This year is harder than first year. There are quite a few projects and subjects which are mostly related to maths. Classes are even held on Sundays and there are also a lot of make up classes on Saturday so it makes all the students very busy. In this semester, we are also doing lab work with our hands such as connecting cables computer to computer. So, things are the same everyday, going to class and reading but it is a lot busier than last year."
We are confident that, even with all the extra work, he will excel in his exams as he has shown he is very capable of in the past.
With sincere gratitude,
Tom Rosen and The Branch Foundation Team
