Support the rights of 125 children to education

In the heart of Ghana, where the vibrant colors of culture meet the challenges of reality, there exists a beacon of hope called BASICS International. With a vision to empower the future through education, BASICS International launched this campaign on GlobalGiving to support 125 children in their pursuit of knowledge. While the goal has not yet been reached, our spirit remains undeterred as we pushs head, unwavering in the belief that every child deserves a chance at education.

The Call for Change

BASICS International identified the pressing need for accessible education in the community. Many children, despite their thirst for knowledge, were unable to attend school due to financial constraints. The campaign was born out of the conviction that education is the key to breaking the chains of poverty and building a brighter future for these children.

Although, we have not our goal- we continue to PUSH AHEAD. 

In the face of adversity, BASICS International refuses to back down. The organization is pushing ahead with renewed determination, trusting in the collective power of generosity and compassion. Every step forward brings us  closer to the goal of supporting 125 children to attend school and unlocking a world of possibilities.

The journey continues, and as the campaign pushes ahead, the collective triumph of breaking barriers and providing education to 125 children is on the horizon. Together, we are shaping a future where every child has the opportunity to learn, grow, and fulfill their dreams.

We are proud to announce, that despite not reaching our goal yet- we have enrolled 90 children in school full time.   We have worked with the schools to pay installments - which allows us time to continue this campaign.
