In 2019, as the war in Syria raged on, a missile strike took away Sham’s father before she even had a chance to meet him. Sham was born in 2020 into a world of loss, now living with her mother, sister, and four brothers. With her mother unable to work, meeting even basic needs has been a daily struggle, forcing them to live with relatives.
But your generosity changed that. Your sponsorship has brought profound change to Sham’s life and her family. It has provided food, clothing, and education, and, more importantly, given her mother the peace of mind that she can care for her children despite the difficulties.
