During this period, children continued exploring the discovery of themselves through play, sensory exploration, and different classroom activities. These experiences allowed them to recognize their bodies, express their emotions, identify their preferences, and discover new ways of interacting with their environment and with one another. Each activity respects the individual pace of every child, helping to strengthen their confidence, autonomy, and sense of belonging within the group.
As part of the learning experiences, children participated in creative pre-writing activities by exploring different types of lines and shapes. Using materials such as buttons and lego pieces, they followed paths like vertical lines and triangles. Through these playful activities, children strengthened their fine motor skills, coordination, and concentration while approaching early writing in a creative and enjoyable way.
Children also participated in individual learning moments that included color classification and material insertion activities. These experiences helped develop observation skills, visual discrimination, and fine motor coordination. At the same time, children began to organize, compare, and group objects according to their characteristics, supporting the development of early cognitive skills.
Daily classroom experiences, supported by age-appropriate learning materials, allow children to explore, create, and discover new abilities every day. Access to these materials is possible thanks to the support of individuals and organizations who believe in the importance of early childhood education, helping turn each activity into a meaningful learning opportunity.
