When support systems fail and rights are violated, children and families are exposed to risks that affect their development, mental health, and relationships.
In 2025, thanks to your support, the Echando Bolas program provided assistance to 347 individuals from 86 Venezuelan and Colombian migrant families, including returnees and people staying with host families in Medellín, and we achieved concrete and transformative results. How did we support them?
- 45 productive units were launched (economic autonomy).
- 62.4% of adults (118 out of 189) transitioned to jobs with greater stability and opportunities.
- 95% offamilies achieved stability and economic self-sufficiency.
- 126 people gained access to the healthcare system, and 120 nutritional supplements were distributed.
But that’s not all. We know we couldn’t do this alone. That’s why we’ve established 45 strategic partnerships for training, employment, and sexual and reproductive health. Each of these figures represents children who can enjoy their right to care within their families, households rebuilding their bonds, and stronger, more resilient communities.
Thank you!
Because with your donation, we continue to demonstrate that medical care transforms lives and breaks the cycles of vulnerability.
