Support Mali's Vulnerable Children

Greetings from ACFA’s children in Bamako: “we have had a great beginning of 2017: GrandMa, came to visit us in early January!!!”

 On Jan 6 CEO, Kadiatou Sidibe, visited the children in Bamako: what a wonderful time spent with them! “It always lifts me up to see the impact of the positive changes that your support has had on ACFA’s children!, thank you for your continue support”. Indeed, your children are doing extremely well. Two of them, Adama and Lassine, are now in secondary schools and they both had outstanding grades during the first semester reporting period. Additionally the younger children still in primary school did great, all of them performing at above average.

 Koro and Diakassan participated in Mali’s National Taedwondo competition, which CEO Kadiatou attended during her visit in January. Koro received the Gold Medal and Diakassan received the Silver Medal.

 Our basketball team played games throughout the past months and performed superbly well in all of them.

 The children all received new sport outfit brought over by the CEO. Basketball and Taekwondo players alike all had their share of new sport garnement.

 While on the ground, CEO Kadiatou had the opportunity to meet with local constituents and supporters to discuss future plans for ACFA as they pertain to ACFA’s 2017 goal of securing funding and commencing construction of the new school at Zorokoro. She also visited the Zorokoro with new architect, Mrs. Aichatou Diallo, to assess the completion of phase 1 of the dorm, and discuss the ground breaking requirements for the school.
