Through a multifaceted approach that prioritized employment creation and entrepreneurship, we did not only provide immediate relief but also empowered these families to regain their financial stability. Employment creation initiatives have been instrumental in offering job opportunities to 500 individuals affected Covid-19, thereby alleviating unemployment woes exacerbated by the pandemic.
By collaborating with local businesses and launching job training programs, Garden of HopeFoundation enabled 250 individuals (most of them young mothers) to secure gainful employment, restoring their livelihoods and fostering economic independence. Additionally, the entrepreneurship support has seen aspiring entrepreneurs receive mentorship, training, and even startup capital, resulting in the birth of thriving small businesses. These initiatives have not only bolstered individual families but have also contributed to the broader community's economic resilience.
Furthermore, Garden of Hope Foundation's sustained efforts in monitoring the progress of these families have showcased the long-term impact of their interventions, everagely a family of 5 currenly earn a monthly income of $ 100 from the initial $ 20. Through regular follow-ups and assessments have revealed that the families continue to experience economic stability, with increased income, improved financial literacy, and a profound sense of empowerment.
