Teaching Sustainable Agriculture to Youth

Our focus is to:

1. Educate and Empower Youth: Provide knowledge and practical skills on sustainable agricultural practices to youth.
2. Promote Environmental Sustainability: Equip young people with the tools to implement eco-friendly farming techniques.
3. Support Economic Development: Encourage youth to view sustainable agriculture as a viable career option that can contribute to local economies.
4. Foster Community Engagement: Create a platform for youth to collaborate, share ideas, and implement sustainable farming practices.
5. Enhance Food Security: Increase the production of healthy, locally grown food to support the community.

Expected Outcomes:

1. Skills Development: Youth acquire practical, sustainable farming skills, including organic farming, agroecology, water conservation, and market access.
2. Increased Knowledge: Youth are better informed about the importance of environmental conservation and the long-term benefits of sustainable agriculture.
3. Job Creation: By creating new opportunities in agriculture, youth will be able to generate income through farming or agri-business ventures.
4. Community Engagement: Youth become leaders in their communities, advocating for sustainable practices and influencing others to adopt environmentally friendly farming methods.
5. Environmental Impact: A noticeable reduction in the use of chemical pesticides and fertilizers, better soil health, and more efficient water use, contributing to long-term environmental sustainability.

We have reached 4000+ Youth after 15 years of starting this project.
