We are very grateful for those you who continue to recognize that there are many survivors of the flood who are still without sufficient food and shelter. With the amount of funds that were raised in the last few months, the AIL Office in Peshawar intends to help 58 families who are still suffering from the lack of sufficient food from the flood. We will receive an updated report from them as soon as the disbursement occurs and will provide another update at that time.
Please keep in mind that Wednesday, March 14, 2012 is Bonus Day through GlobalGiving. Donations up to $1,000.00 will be provided with a 30% match. The bonus allotment is $50,000.00 and the period runs from 12:01 AM EST until the funds are exhausted. So, if you would like your donation to go a little further with the help of Global Giving, give early on March 14th. Thank you!
