It gives me immense pleasure to inform you that Customs Health Care Society, Lahore Pakistan dispatched a consignment of relief goods worth 25000 US$ consisting of all type of garments, tarpaulins, toys, gift for children, ladies shawls, scarves, clothes etc. The relief goods sent to Istanbul after clearance from the Airport, were distributed among the Syrian children, men and women living in relief camps established at Turkish-Syrian border. The distribuation of relief goods as well as gifts for children brougth happiness among the inhabitants of the relief camps. This was the first consignment relief goods sent from Pakistan for the Syrian refugees. A team of Customs Health Care Society will be visiting Turkey shortly in order to hold medical and relief camps for the Syrian refugees living in Turkey. It has been learnt that the refugees are living in pathetic condition and need more and more relief goods as well as medicines for treatment of common ailments. The team of Customs Health Care Society will work in Turkey in co-ordination with Hayrat Foundation. The worthy donors are requested to donate generously for the Syrian Refugees.
