Table of Kindness Initiative
Dear Esteemed Donors,
Malnutrition continues to threaten the health and well being of Pakistan’s most vulnerable communities, particularly women and children. In response, the Customs Health Care Society has been running the Table of Kindness Initiative, through which daily nourishment camps were successfully operated during 2024 and 2025, providing fresh, nutritious meals to those most in need.
In addition to meal distribution, CHCS actively promotes nutritional awareness to help families understand healthy food practices and prevent long term illness caused by poor nutrition. This combined approach addresses both immediate hunger and its underlying causes.
Plan for 2026
In 2026, CHCS plans to expand the Table of Kindness Initiative by increasing the number of daily nourishment camps, reaching additional underserved communities, and strengthening nutrition education programs for mothers and caregivers. These efforts aim to reduce malnutrition, improve child health, and ensure sustainable well being for vulnerable families.
Your continued support makes this life saving work possible. Together, we can extend compassion, restore dignity, and build a healthier future for those who need it most.
With warm regards,
Dr. Asif Mahmood Jah
